Twitter has officially introduced premium features in the form of the ability to upload videos of up to 60 minutes duration and priority in replies. Both of these features can be obtained by users who have subscribed to Twitter Blue.
While revealing his plans to overhaul Twitter Blue, Elon Musk promised to provide additional features for Twitter's paying subscribers. Among them are priority in replies, mentions and search, as well as the ability to upload longer videos.
After being discontinued, Twitter Blue has been relaunched some time ago and via its official page, Twitter announced that priority replies and 60 minute video uploads can be used.
Twitter explained that the reply priority would allow its users to get to the top when they reply to a Tweet. In addition, for videos that are 60 minutes long, they are allowed to have a limit of 2GB and 1080p only.
However, the new video upload provisions only apply to the website version. So, Android and iOS users are still on the old terms, namely a maximum duration of 10 minutes with a limit of 512MB.
For information, Twitter Blue itself has different rates in each country. Let's take the United States as an example, to subscribe to Twitter Blue you have to pay 8 USD, with iOS users it is more expensive to be 11 USD.
Some countries that have been supported by this service are the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
